Arts Alive Program

Each March, the Belknap Mill plays host to an exhibition of artwork by K-12 students within and beyond the Lakes Region. The month-long exhibit showcases the works that the students have created over the course of the year, with hundreds of Lakes Region students working hard over several months to create works to put on display. For many of them, the mill show is their first gallery appearance.

Each school has a specific evening set aside for an open house at which parents and friends have an opportunity to browse the exhibits and hear live performances by local school groups. Those unable to attend the open house still have the chance to view the exhibit at any time, during regular Belknap Mill hours.
