Note: Our system is calling the raffle an event so humor it...and thanks for supporting the Belknap Mill
The Historic Belknap Mill “Deck Your Halls with Works of Art” show opens Saturday, November 23 through Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at the Belknap Mill, 25 Beacon Street East in downtown Laconia. Open to the public with free admission, this exhibit and art sale showcases original works of local Lakes Region artists.
Just in time for holiday giving, the show features works of art in oils, acrylic, watercolors and pottery. Pieces are original and signed, making them a one-of-a-kind, unique gift for someone special on your list.
Over 1,000 square feet of new exhibit space was recently opened at the Mill. In this new space, works of seven juried artists are on exhibit. Artists include Jeri Ryan Bothamley, Marian Federspiel, Roger Gagne, Lorraine Gateriewictz, Carole Groenke, Mary Lou John, Devitt Liptak and Liz Wilson. The Riverside Gallery features the work of three new and up-and-coming artists, Pamela Charon, BJ Eckardt and Kazuko Okubo.
All proceeds from the sale of art support educational programming and the historic preservation of the Historic Belknap Mill. The Mill and Art show hours are weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00pm. For more information please contact the Historic Belknap Mill at (603) 524-8813
