Yes! We have round and rectangle tables, and white padded folding chairs.

Our round tables are 5’ and our rectangular tables are 6’ long. Rectangular tables are typically used for food.

The Mill provides black linens for our high-top cocktail tables. Your food contract with Twelve 31 will cover linens needed for any food tables. You are responsible for guest table linens. 120 inches are floor length. 90 inches are halfway to the floor. The Mill does not provide linen napkins.

IWe comfortably seat 82. With non-seated / stand up events the capacity is a little greater.

IThe Rose Chertok space on the 3rd floor is 48 X 40. That does not include the catering space and restrooms.

Both, you are able to use the outside patio area, the Riverside Gallery or the Rose Chertok Gallery on the third floor. If you would like to use the Gazebo in Rotary Park you will need to rent that from the City of Laconia.

We do not have a storage closet space for you to store items. Plan accordingly.

We do have a bridal suite room that you can rent for an additional cost.

You are able to bring your own alcohol as long as you are not selling it. If you choose to have a cash bar you will need to either hire a bartender service with a retail license or get a one day liquor license from the state of New Hampshire. You may also enter into a “Hosted Bar” contract with our catering/ event partner, Twelve 31.

The Mill is a non-smoking building. Guests must go off the property to smoke. The sidewalk and parking lot are options for your guests.

You cannot bring any outside food into The Mill. Event Rental Management is handled by a catering company (Twelve 31), and all food is done by them through their NH Food License for consistency/ relationship and standards. You can bring a cake into The Mill, but we recommend that it is prepared by a commercial baker who possesses a NH food license.

You will find a link over to the catering website via various links from this website. Check it out. There is something for all styles and budgets and most dietary preferences can be accommodated.

There is parking available right outside the Mill doors, as well as on street parking and a parking garage right next door.

We have a surround system that you can plug a phone into to play your playlist. We also have a projector and screen.

Yes, we have an elevator to the event space.

Yes you do need to furnish The Mill with a "Certificate of Insurance. We have a link in our contract. Rates are reasonable. Or, you can talk with your own insurance agent.

Yes! We are happy to help you come up with a budget. We just need some hypothetical decisions on your direction for rental, beverage and food.

The Mill Requires a $250 deposit to secure the rental for your event.

You are certainly welcome to come for a tour. Event rental tours are done by appointment.
