Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking available along Beacon Street East and in the Municipal Parking near Laconia City Hall.

Does the museum have elevators?

The historic Belknap Mill is over 200 years old and strives to offer a balance between preserving its original architectural integrity and providing modern accessibility features. Yes, elevators are available for visitors, ensuring access to most building areas, including key exhibits and gallery spaces. However, due to the layout and preservation of certain historic elements, some parts of the Powerhouse exhibit have stairs. These areas may pose challenges for those with limited mobility. Visitors with specific needs are encouraged to contact the Mill in advance to make the most of their visit.

Do you have a gift shop?

Yes! We offer gift shop items like books, mugs, and even Kellerhaus gummy eels!

Do you offer group tours?

How long should I plan for my visit to the museum?
