ARTS

The Belknap Mill has been a gathering place for more than 200 years. The machines are long silent, but we now weave the arts into many of the Mill programs.

HISTORY

Built in 1823, the Belknap Mill is the oldest, largely unaltered brick textile mill in the United States and represents an important era of the Industrial Revolution.

EDUCATION

The Mill has educational programs for all ages and collaborates with schools across the state and beyond to bring the region’s industrial heritage to life.
