The -ISMS of Art with Larry Frates is a 4-part series of workshops focusing on drawing and painting like the Masters.
Each workshop will consist of a 30-minute visual overview of the specific historic events and specific artists of the -ISM. The remainder of the workshop will include a 90-minute studio experience creating a personal piece of art based on the information and studio demonstrations by Larry Frates, the Belknap Mill’s Artist-In-Residence.
All supplies will be provided for the four workshops as well as a detailed syllabus containing the workshop outline, follow-up ideas and resources available to the participants.
