Martin Luther King Jr. Exhibit Opens
Arist Reception & Celebration
Sunday, January 15th @ 2pm

 The exhibit features local artists' original art inspired by Dr. King's ministry of racial equality and social justice. The exhibit will include artists Mike Durkee, Elaine Morrison, Chloe Sofronas, Jaylene Bengston, Ian Raymond, April Brown, Dick Smith, and Pricilla Boutwell.

The Laconia Human Relations Committee is proudly sponsoring a celebration of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., honoring his life and legacy on Sunday, January 15th at 2pm at the Belknap Mill. The celebration will include a viewing of Dr. King's "I have a dream" speech, and  will include a samplings of diverse cultural food and refreshments.
This event is free and open to the public.
