Tai Chi, one of the main internal Martial Arts of China can offer many rewards such as better balance, strengthening your body and a better ability to focus your mind as well as release tension. The practice combines exercises of the mind and the body.


In-person at the Belknap Mill
Mondays & Thursdays at 10:30 am
April 5th – May 13th

6-week session twice a week ($5.83/class)
This is the first half of a 12-week program.

This program focuses on the rudiments of Tai Chi such as standing, stepping rooting etc. We also work on the “Jings” (energies) of Tai Chi such as releasing expanding condensing splitting and more. You will be given simple drills to practice at home (5 min. per day) to help you develop your Tai Chi.
